More than 17 years teaching cooking in a dynamic and enthusiastic way have established Cocinea not only as the most valued Cooking School but also as the only one Paella School in Madrid for both corporate events and private events.
After gaining experience in a renowned restaurant and learning diverse culinary techniques, I stood out perfecting the preparation of the world-renowned Paella Valenciana. My passion is to transmit the authentic recipe for Paella Valenciana so that it lasts over time.
Together with my team, more than 3,500 people and 400 companies learn and enjoy every year in Cocinea by trying out different cooking activities with great success.
